Making Pelmeni

> Today Vil, our driver, drove us to kurgan. My that is a bumpy ride!!!! I was in the back seat of the Ford. I do think it bounces even more than the mission van, if that is possible. Just when I think I've fully adapted to these jarring rides, we have one like today and I wonder if I will ever get completely comfortable. The countryside now is beautiful! > When we arrived at the branch building there was an activity just starting. Elder Lehnhardt gave a spiritual thought and then people played ping pong and others gathered in the kitchen to make pelmeni Some rolled out the dough, others filled and pressed the edges together, while several presided over the stove, cooking them in a big pot of boiling water. Children ran wild, having a great time. It was really fun!
